To
apply for an apartment you must
possess the following types of identification: Social Security
Card plus a State Identification
Card or valid Drivers
License, see samples below.
You
must also bring with you the required
$38 application fee.

Your
future apartment manager will furnish you with applicable
forms that must be completed in-person.
Applications will not be mailed to you. Also, at the time
of application, your future property manager can inform you
as to what deposits will be required, how much your monthly
rent will be, pet policy, apartment
amenities available and apartment complex rules. If
you have particular questions or concerns, please ask your
property manager for clarification.
Property
managers are eager to answer questions and assist you with
your new home.
